BRIE TORTE

1 large round brie
250g mascarpone cheese
1 tablespoon of Kirsch
3 tablespoons of toasted whole almonds chopped roughly
20 red and green grapes chopped in half and deseeded
100g cherries for garnish

In a bowl blend the cream cheese and kirsch until smooth. Cover the brie with this mixture making sure it is evenly distributed.
When ready to serve top with chopped almonds and grapes, then garnish with cherries.
Serve with water crackers.
